Rubina Afzal joins as an associate partner to lead our Patent Practice. Rubina has over eight years of professional experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law, with a focus on Patent & Design Prosecution Practice. She is an Associate Partner at Legacy Partners and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. Rubina also holds the title of Registered Patent Agent. She completed her Master's in Technology in Electronics & Communication. Rubina leads the Patent & Design Prosecution Practice at Legacy Partners, specializing in Patent & Design Prosecution, Patent Drafting, Patent Analytics, Client Interaction, and assisting in filing Patent applications outside India. Previously, she served as the Head of the Patent Department at Abu Ghazaleh Intellectual Property TMP Agents (AGIP) and as an Associate at Vutts & Associate LLP.
